Luc has the opportunity to attend vendor events all the time. 

He is VP Business Development of a large technology service provider and presented us a challenge. How do we create a unique experience for Luc, while strengthening personal relationships with him and other top customers?

Luckily, our KCI team had the answers. We know events need to be immersive, unique and memorable - otherwise they fade into the background of “yet another vendor event”.

We worked with our client to create a unique and meticulously curated experience for their customers at a Formula-1 race. The event sees the top corporate customers attend a three-day experience, hosted by the president of the organization.

Throughout the duration of the event, the customers received exceptional “white glove” service. They stayed in a boutique hotel with catered meals and their own personal driver and concierge service. They received VIP treatment at the race track, getting tours of the garages, meeting the drivers and their crews, and even getting invited into the pit at the start of the race.  

From the décor in the hospitality suite to the umbrellas carried by personal drivers, every moment of the three-day event was branded to keep SAP top of mind for guests.

The three-day Formula-1 race successfully solidified key relationships with top clients. The event has become an annual client appreciation event and is considered a key fixture in their customer retention strategy.
